Return and Refund Policy

Infinite Canvas Studio has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any issues will be resolved in a fast and fair manner!

The return policy consists of two phases:

Phase 1

Customers will receive two artistic concept drafts for approval. Once approved, the concept is digitally sent to our partner to be put on a medium such as canvas or print. The customer has 24 hours after concept approval to cancel the order for any reason for a full refund.

Phase 2

Once the concept is installed onto the chosen medium, a refund cannot be processed, unless:

1. The product arrives to the customer damaged, incorrect size, or wrong order.

2. The final product does not match the approved concept artwork.

3. The quality of the image on the chosen medium is not visually acceptable such as blur, pixelation, discoloration, fade, or opacity. 

To initiate a return

Describe the exact nature of the return and we will advise of the process to remedy the issue unique to the customer's order.

Include as much information as possible such as order number, contact information, description of the issue, and upload a picture, if possible, of the error.
