Each piece is priced based on our design cost and the third-party vendor's cost based on medium, size, and shipping.

At this time we do not offer live previews. We take time to personally design each project and email the mock-up to you for final approval. We promise a fast turnaround time of 48 business hours.

No problem! Simply attach the photos on the submission form and in the description boxes fill out how you would like us to combine the photos into the piece.

We love turning ideas into a unique piece. On the project submission form just describe your ideas. You can attach a drawing or examples to use if you like. We can communicate via email to make sure we exceed your expectations.

If the piece is damaged it depends on if it was damaged by the mail carrier or the third-party vendor. We will be happy to communicate with you on how to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

In regard to the design, this is why we email you a mock up for final approval. If the piece is delivered as approved, we will discuss the matter to see if we can resolve your concern.
